The Community Foundation for Calderdale connects private giving to public good in every corner of Calderdale - and there is no more direct or efficient method of beginning that connection than through our on-line giving processes.

Creating & developing your own Advised Fund

If you wish to create an advised fund with the Community Foundation, or you already have one and want to add to it, contact Steve Duncan DL (CEO) or Rob Billson (Grants & Donor Services Manager).

Small & medium gifts into Other Funds

Gifts of any amounts can have a big impact. Choosing one of the following funds can add your gift to those of others, to make a bigger local difference:

• Administrative Fund enables us to promote, develop and increase philanthropy around Calderdale
• Individual Fund supports individuals in need from a range of funds
• General Fund is a programme of awards targeting ‘Priority Issues’ identified through our community and stakeholder consultations, and gleaned from national priorities that affect us all locally. The major focus is to address unsustainable trends in grant making by developing means of creating a more connected and sustainable community and voluntary sector and less grant dependency.
