The Community Foundation for Calderdale in partnership with Visits Unlimited and the Disability Partnership Calderdale warmly invite local businesses, individuals and the voluntary sector to attend the launch event of the Accessible Calderdale Project on Tuesday, 26th February 2019 10am-1pm (registration at 9.30) at the Square Chapel, Halifax.
The project aims that Calderdale becomes an inclusive and accessible destination of choice for visitors, and to improve facilities for those who live, work and study in Calderdale.
Join us for our project launch and find out more about how you can get involved. We will share with you information on the day about our free access audits and disability training available to volunteer groups, our access forum for disabled people to get involved and our local strategic working groups. Plus hear what is happening around the country from Visit England and our inspiring guest speakers.
