Donate to our Calderdale Community Resilience Fund
In response to Covid-19 the Community Foundation for Calderdale has launched a Community Resilience Fund to support local charities on the front line helping the most vulnerable in Calderdale. We are helping charities deliver food, prescriptions, and care services to vulnerable people. This could be by delivering food parcels to vulnerable or elderly people, staff working at Overgate Hospice, or in the NHS.
If you would like to make a donation, please visit our local giving page or contact Steve Duncan by emailing [email protected] If you wish to support the Fund by making a donation directly into the Foundation’s bank account at the Yorkshire Bank, our details are Sort Code: 05/04/49 Acc. No. 70400958.

Donate to the National Emergencies Trust
The National Emergencies Trust has launched an appeal to raise funds to help local charities to support those individuals suffering hardship as a result of the coronavirus outbreak. The National Emergencies Trust will distribute money raised through a number of charitable organisations including local Community Foundations, to ensure it reaches those who need it most.
Community Foundations are well placed to support local charities to overcome challenges presented by this ongoing emergency.

The NET funding is in addition to our Community Resilience Fund that we launched . The criteria for our local appeal is to initially offer grants to support local charities on the front line helping the most vulnerable in Calderdale.
