Are you currently in receipt of a grant from CFFC? If Coronavirus effects your organisation, here is when you need to contact us.

The work that you do is important and voluntary organisations make such a difference and impact on people’s lives. However, in light of Coronavirus (Covid-19) we understand that your project may be delayed or may need to be flexible and altered. We do hope that your project can still go ahead with as little disruption as possible.

If you are currently receiving a grant from us, you only need to contact our grants team if:
You have to delay activity. If you know now that you are going to have to delay activity, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you to extend the grant period. We will also extend the date your grant report is due.
You have to make alterations to activity. When you know what activity needs to be altered and have decided on a way to achieve intended outcomes, please let us know, especially if your budget will change. We will work with you proactively to help you still deliver your service.
You have to cancel some or all of your planned activity and do not spend all of your grant. If you’re not able to complete all the activity or activity is unable to ago ahead, please let us know as you will need to return the unspent amount of the grant that was awarded to you.
If you’re concerned that you’re not going to be able to achieve the expected outcomes but will have run the activity and spent the full budget. We understand that you may have some fixed costs and may not be able to delay activity. Get in touch with us, keep us updated and be reassured that we will understand if you won’t be able to achieve the forecasted outcomes.
